Terms of service

1.The service

BeHeard is provided by Heard LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Pakistan ("Heard", "we", "us"). By using BeHeard you agree to these terms with Heard LLP.

BeHeard helps brands plan, create, publish and optimise marketing using BeHeard Intelligence, and connects to third-party platforms that you authorise. Features may change as we improve the product.

2.Accounts and workspaces

• You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and what roles they grant.
• You must be allowed to connect each platform account you link to BeHeard.

3.Acceptable use

Do not use BeHeard for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, for spam, to infringe the rights of others, or in breach of the policies of connected platforms. We may suspend accounts that put others or the service at risk.

4.BeHeard Intelligence output and automation

Output from BeHeard Intelligence can be wrong. You remain responsible for content published and ads run from your workspace. Autonomy levels, approvals, budget guardrails and the kill switch are tools to help you stay in control; please configure them for your business.

5.Ad spend and fees

Advertising platforms bill you directly for ad spend. BeHeard never holds your ad budget. Subscription fees and credits are billed according to your plan and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

6.Your content

You own your content and data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

7.Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of third-party platforms.

8.Termination and law

You can stop using BeHeard and delete your workspace at any time. We may end the service for breach of these terms. The governing law and venue are set out in your order form; contact hello@beheard.agency with questions.
